Genuine question for students: Are specialized women leadership programmes still needed?

Okay, so I've been thinking a lot about career paths lately, and one thing that keeps coming up is different leadership development initiatives. Specifically, I've come across a few interesting women leadership programmes. I was recently looking at one from Vedica Scholars, and it really got me thinking. You can learn more about their approach here: https://vedicascholars.com/why....-the-vedica-scholars

With all the conversations around inclusivity today, do we still need dedicated programmes designed specifically for women leaders? Or should leadership training simply be equally effective for everyone, regardless of gender? Are there unique challenges or opportunities that a women leadership programme addresses better than a general leadership course?

Would love to hear other students' thoughts on this.
