Dappur was supposed to compete in the first season of the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) in 2016, but his teammates didn't verify their email in time. This resulted in the disqualification of those two players and Dappur was left without a team. He took the extra time to grind in smaller tournaments where he saw plenty of success.

The two new Import Battle-Cars are Animus GP and Centio V17, and they both look rad—Centio V17 may actually pull me away from using Breakout. However, if I want to use either of these cars, I'm going to have to get lucky: both are only available as drops inside the new Overdrive Crates. On top of that, Psyonix is introducing Engine Audio and Goal Explosions to the game's customization options. In addition to new Trails, you'll be able to find different audio and explosions in crates and as free drops.

The Anniversary update spells the end of Competitive Season 4, and in turn, the beginning of Competitive Season 5, so make sure you get all your matches in by the week of July 7.As for music, the upcoming update introduces Rocket League Radio, which brings 18 new songs from the Monstercat record label. There are very few games out there that offer the huge variety of content that Rec Room from Against Gravity offers and there are certainly none of them that offer it for free. That and the amazing community that has grown up around the game makes Rec Room a must have for any VR owner.Put simply Rec Room is a First Person social game set in a make-believe Rec Room — you know the kind, a huge building with small areas for playing cards and ping pong and a massive outside area to play team sports — the type of places you used to go when you were a little one after school until your parents got back from work. It is filled with little things to do in the main social hub like darts, basketball, table tennis and even some couches for chilling out on and catching up with friends.And boy is it easy to make friends in the Rec Room. Rocket League developer Psyonix has announced the "NBA Flag Pack" DLC will be delisted on September 28th. Containing 30 National Basketball Association team flags with which players can outfit their car in-game, the developers credit the NBA for the time the pack was able to be sold. They say it helped them to launch their "Hoops" update, which added a basketball mode to the self-described "soccar" game.If you're looking to pick up the pack before its time expires, it can be purchased on the Marketplace for US$1.99. It doesn't directly affect any achievements, although the 30 items are added to your item total, which is taken into consideration for a few achievements like Stocked.
