Data, innovation and cultural exchange – The key to Vietnam's manufacturing breakthrough
At Caddi Drawer, we’re empowering ASIA manufacturing by transforming legacy drawings and supply chain data. CADDi was developed after years of manufacturing custom parts for many of the top manufacturers in the world, who often had trouble leveraging their most important data assets, drawings.
For high-mix-low-volume manufacturers, similar drawings are the centerpiece of reducing pricing inconsistencies by transitioning away from subjective supplier selection and quoting processes. Yet, drawings are often kept on decentralized file storage systems with tacit knowledge held by engineers that may have already left, making all those key insights inaccessible.
