It is important to live a healthy life for young people. It is crucial to stay active and healthy at a young age. A healthy lifestyle can allow young people to double their power. I've witnessed the difference between a healthy lifestyle, i.e. taking care of your health is more crucial than not doing so. And I understand that the latter is more preferable.
